This was a nice, relaxing boat tour of some of the 1000+ Islands. The boat was comfortable with bathrooms and food/drink on board. The information provided was somewhat interesting. Some of the info was extraneous and overly personal (the guide was a bit young). The staff overall were very helpful and friendly.
Time your trip wisely; during peak season the waits can be quite long, parking challenging and your fellow tourists unpleasant.
Even in the rain it was a nice cruise. Got to see Canada. Went to Boldt Castle, and the Yacht House. Pretty cool. When the rain quit, it was an awesome view from the top deck. Only wish other guests listened to directions and stayed seated so everyone else could see. Could use better speaker systems on lower decks. Food was OK
The staff was pleasant... the tour was smooth the ambience was enhanced with a live band playing continuously atop the open deck of a three level craft. I did the dinner cruise...it was buffet style...mind you not the greatest spread but far from being the worst.... however the prime rib could have been the best I've ever had. Turned out to be a three hour tour (minus the boat wreck and stranding) spent the entire time except for eating on the upper deck enjoying music, talking and the wonderful views of the archipelagos
Great boat ride... lines & directions from staff could be more clear & organized. Make sure to make time to park car and catch a shuttle ride to the dock. Other than that, they have amazing popcorn and snacks available to purchase on the boat (for the 1 hour tour that I went on)... Still had a great experience & a lot of fun.
We did the two hour tour (about 2.25 hrs). The tour host did a great job, was entertaining, and knew his facts about the tour. Gorgeous area with magnificent homes. The tour got a little long at the end because the tour explains everything while the boat is heading out but once you turn around it's a long quiet trip back. It might be nice to leave out some of the explanation of locations from the trip out so you have more to talk about on the trip back.
