I have been to the ER and I use their primary care for my family's regular visits. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My son had an inch or two long splinter deep under his skin and the doctor was so good with him, he didn't even shed a tear.
Small, local hospital on St Lawrence River. Good staff, limited services.
Treated my husband with dignity and good nurses always saying sweetie honey as they were taught but respectful you MUST REMEMBER THEY ARE NOT A FULLY STAFFED HOSPITAL but are working on it they cover a multitude of serious problems

Fast no waiting for ED services. Small but efficient! Received great care at 2am on a Sunday morning. Board Certified ED Doctor present. RN's, and support staff were courteous and friendly. I hope I don't need to go again, but good to know the hospital is there and competent.
